I’m a down-to-earth, LCSW therapist offering virtual sessions for adults in New York, South Carolina, and Florida. If you’re a high-functioning professional who “mostly has it together” but feel stuck in a few key places—dating, boundaries, people-pleasing, stress, or substance use—you’re in the right spot. My style is curious, humorous, and honest. We’ll get clear on what’s not working, build practical strategies, and help you feel more like yourself.

My Approach
I keep therapy conversational and integrative—meeting you where you are while blending evidence-based practices when helpful. I draw from CBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing/MET, strengths-based, solution-focused, psychoed and socratic questioning to help you build skills, clarify goals, and create steady change. I’m direct when needed, always compassionate, and I bring humor when it helps us breathe.
Expect straight talk, gentle challenges, and the occasional well-timed pause that lets breakthroughs sneak in. Anxiety, grief, relationship knots—whatever’s hogging your mental bandwidth—I’ll craft you a strategy that sticks long after you leave the office (or log off the video call). Normal? Never met her.
ABOUT ME-
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me running, reading, traveling, catching live music, or hanging with my husband, our daughter, and our yellow lab, Toby—who’s often snoozing by my feet during virtual sessions.
