I work with millennial and Gen Z adults and high-functioning professionals who want to better understand themselves, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes.
Many clients come to me for support with substance use, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, dating, relationships, boundaries, people-pleasing, neurodivergence, and stress.
-
Yes. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergence affirming, and open-minded.
This is a space where you do not have to over-explain or edit yourself to be acceptable.
-
Nope.
Therapy is not only for crisis mode. You can come to therapy because you want support, clarity, growth, better coping skills, healthier relationships, or help figuring out why the same patterns keep showing up.
You do not need to wait until everything is on fire.

The consultation is a free 15-minute call where we talk about what you’re looking for, what’s bringing you to therapy, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
It’s casual and low-pressure. You can ask questions, get a feel for my style, and decide if you want to schedule an intake session.
-
The first session is an intake session. We’ll talk more about what brings you to therapy, your history, current stressors, goals, and what you’d like to get out of our work together.
You do not have to have a perfectly organized explanation. You can show up with “I don’t even know where to start,” and we can start there.
-
My style is conversational, curious, humorous, open-minded, and direct when needed.
I blend real conversation with evidence-based approaches like CBT, CPT, MI, and MET. Some sessions may focus on insight and reflection. Others may involve specific tools, coping strategies, or structured work.
Basically: I tailor it to what actually helps you.
